Testing your Internal Brand Strength.
While most people associate brand development with marketing activities, we have found that organizations tend to overlook the importance of building their brand from the inside out. Essentially, knowing your Internal Brand Strength tells you how well your brand is defined, how good you are at communicating your brand to your people and ultimately how aligned you are for consistently delivering your brand promise.
We generally administer this test when we begin working with a new client. It gives us a good indication of the clients’ internal situation and helps us plan a course of action. Once the initial brand identity work is done, the test will be administered again and then annually after that. It’s a great way to benchmark your brand.
